The Le Monde Inaco is 100% Refosco dal Pudencolo Rosso from estate owned vineyards in Friuli. The grapes are cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine obtained is left to mature for a few months before being bottled, following a subsequent refinement in the bottle.
The wine is intense and complex, it shows a rich range of aromas from currant and blackberry notes to hints of musk and spices such as pepper, cinnamon, tobacco and walnut hull. The palate is warm, soft and enveloping supported by a good acidic shoulder. Complex and balanced structure, which leaves a long memory on the palate.
