In Australia, Arinto is relatively unknown with only a handful of plantings.  This white Portuguese variety is hardy and capable of withstanding extreme warm weather.

Wild fermented in old French oak and aged on lees for 9 months with occasional stirring.  Intriguing aromas of oyster shell, minerals and herbs introduce a beautifully textured medium-bodied wine.
