Tasting Notes

A delicate wine with aromas of fruit and honey.  Lively and aromatic on the palate, this wine reveals an appealing personality.  It can be paired with seafood such as lobster and crab, or freshwater fish in cream sauce.

Variety: Chardonnay
Region: AOC Montagny 1er Cru
Winemaking Process: Traditional fermentation of 15 days in thermo-regulated vats.
Maturation: 10 months in Burgundy oak
Ageing potential: 5 to 8 years
