New gen winemaker, Arnaud Baillot, holds his Domaine in Beaune, the heart of Burgundy’s Côte d’Or.  Arnaud has teamed up with his wife Laure (granddaughter of Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat in Chambolle-Musigny) to carry on the family winemaking legacy 6 generations later.

Former Chef and Sommelier, David Chapman, began Allies in 2003 whilst working at Moorooduc Estate. David’s mission is to showcase the diversity of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula through handcrafted wines taken from different townships.

Based in Ludes, which holds Premier Cru status in Montagne de Reims, one of the most prestigious terroirs in Champagne.
