2009 Lake Breeze Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

92 points, “Delicious”
“Grown on 40 year old vines. RRP $24. Awarded “Champion Wine at Langhorne Creek regional showcase”. It manages to be easy-going and serious at once. It’s a balancing act Langhorne Creek cabernet can be particularly good at. It tastes of blackcurrant, mint, smoky oak and gentle undergrowth. Medium weight but fleshy. Lots of good, well-ripeneed, not overdone fruit. Delicious.  Alcohol: 14%, Price: $24, Closure: Screwcap, Drink: 2013 – 2019.”
