Dessous Melbourne will host Burgundian winemaker Arnaud Baillot on Tuesday the 18th of February for an intimate dinner of 4 courses created by Dessous Head Chef, Dan Sawansak, to be matched with wines from the Baillot estate. Winemaker Arnaud Baillot will be there on the night for a chat and to discuss all things Burgundy.

These wines will be available for you to purchase on the night at a retail price through Dessous to take home to your own personal cellar.
