Domaine Ste. Michelle

Sparkling wines made in the Méthode champenoise tradition

Columbia Valley, Washington State
domaine-ste-michelle.com

Domaine Ste. Michelle’s wines are made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in Washington state’s acclaimed Columbia Valley. The vineyards are northern in latitude, key to the regional character of the fruit. Like France’s renowned northerly Champagne district, Domaine Ste. Michelle’s grapes ripen slowly and are ideally balanced with fruit character and crisp acidity. Both sparkling wines are made in the Méthode champenoise tradition, aged sur lie for up to 18 months and finished with the addition of a sweet liquid dosage.
